The Body Shop Tea Tree Cool and Creamy Wash

May 13, 2014

I have been a fan of the Body Shop’s tea tree line for years. Well, really I’ve been a fan of the Body Shop for years, but that’s a post for another time. A few years ago I was in love their Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash, which fights blemishes like no ones business, so when I saw the Tea Tree Cool and Creamy Wash a month or so ago I was really excited to try out something new from the line.

Tea Tree Cool and Creamy Wash

The Tea Tree Cool and Creamy Wash isn’t drying like the Clearing Facial Wash and I really like the creamy formula, which is cooling and tingly as the name suggests. It really helps wake both me and my skin up in the morning as I’m standing in the shower trying not to fall back asleep and I mean if I need less caffeine all the better, right?

As for the actual blemish fighting, it’s okay. It cleans my skin really well, but I need something a little stronger to actually beat my spots. Hopefully with continued use I will be able to stop them before they start. I think I actually like how it feels on my skin more than what it does for my skin – the cool/tingly feeling is just so nice.

For $12.00 CA this is a great buy, though I think I will try out some more of the tea tree line before buying the Tea Tree Cool and Creamy Wash again to see how they handle my spots.
