Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque

July 25, 2016

Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque Packaging | uptherollercoaster.comI haven’t met a beauty blogger that doesn’t love a good mask, and the Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque is definitely that. Even if you don’t have dry or aging skin you’re going to love this!

I love a good hydrating mask, but if I’m not careful my face will be a greaseball the next day. Nobody got time for that! Thankfully, the Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque left my skin glowing and hydrated without over doing it – and that was on one of the hottest days of the summer. (AKA when the threat of greasy skin is the highest)

This two-part mask was the first sheet mask I’ve used in a long time. I typically avoid them because they never ever stay on my face, but the Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque stayed in place comfortably. It fit my face pretty well (except for the chin, really) and felt so refreshing on the skin. The combination of the serum (which you put on your face before you add the mask) and the cooling gel on the skin-side of the mask was so dreamy for the hot summer day.

The Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Masque is perfect for those days when you’ve spent a lot of time in the sun so your skin is feeling parched, or even just as a boost for dull skin. I really enjoyed the combination of the serum + mask, which made me feel very pampered, despite the heat of my apartment.

My biggest recommendation for this mask would be to apply the serum in parts. It sinks in really quickly and you want your skin still damp when you apply the mask. So I apply it in the same order that I apply the sheet mask, which I find works the best for me.

You can find the Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Masque at Sephora, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and the Amore Pacific website.

What’s your favourite way to keep your skin hydrated in the summer?

  1. I have AmorePacific Moisture Bound moisturizer and eye cream an they are heavenly. This is the first review I’m reading about this mask, I adore sheet masks and have about 70 at home waiting to be used. I’m a hoarder. Haha!

  2. If I had the serum in a separate vial, I probably wouldn’t bother with the sheet. Interesting idea though
